Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

journixpo operates this professional hub for live television production. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for professionals and organisations involved in live television production within the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind any organisation you represent. Permitted use is limited to exploring studio equipment integration, dynamic camera techniques, acoustic optimisation, lighting setups and reliable production processes for news programmes, interviews and live shows. Any other use requires prior written consent from journixpo.

Prohibited conduct

You must not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Interference with the site infrastructure or attempts to reverse engineer materials are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension and legal action under applicable UK law.

Accounts, submissions or user content

Where accounts or submissions are offered, you remain responsible for all content you provide. You grant journixpo a non-exclusive licence to use submitted material for site operation and improvement. You must ensure submissions do not infringe third-party rights and comply with UK data protection legislation including the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, technical descriptions and other materials remain the property of journixpo or its licensors. Trade marks and logos may not be reproduced without permission. You may print or download limited extracts for personal professional reference only, provided you do not alter or remove any notices.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference third-party tools or resources used in television production. journixpo does not endorse or guarantee these services and accepts no liability for their performance or content. Any contract formed with a third party is solely between you and that party.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

journixpo aims to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be suspended for maintenance or legal reasons without notice. journixpo may terminate access if these terms are breached. Provisions on liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

Content is provided for general information and professional guidance only. It does not constitute legal, technical or financial advice. To the extent permitted by UK consumer law, all warranties are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory rules.

Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, journixpo total liability arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all claims whether in contract, tort or otherwise and reflects the commercial nature of the site.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify journixpo against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit, except to the extent caused by journixpo own negligence.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Alternative dispute resolution options remain available where required by law.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found invalid the remaining terms continue in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. journixpo may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
